Ron Hendrickson uses his own unique recipes and method to create bagels that are chewy, yet light-textured, with a shiny crust. Ron and Pam established their bakery in Sherwood Park in 1997 and are also well-known vendors at Old Strathcona Farmers Market in Edmonton. Multi-grain and Whole Grain are high in fibre. All 17 varieties of bagels and mini-bagel are naturally low fat, dairy-free (except cheese bagels), nut-free, and contain no eggs or animal fats. Hendrickson bagels contain no artificial preservatives and most are vegan. They also make scrumptious all-natural cream cheese spreads and bagel sausage rolls.Their fresh products are available at their bakery Tuesday - Friday, at Old Strathcona Farmers Market on Saturday and at Planet Organic Market stores throughout the week.
